Program Overview
Nooga Mattress, a DBA of Judah Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), offers an SMS/text messaging program to provide you with timely information related to our products and services. This is a mixed use messaging program that includes both informational and promotional messages. By opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Message Types
Our program sends two categories of messages. Each requires separate, independent consent via an unchecked checkbox on our opt-in form:
1. Transactional / Informational Messages
Account notifications, customer care, appointment reminders, program updates, and other service-related communications from Nooga Mattress.
2. Promotional / Marketing Messages
Special offers, exclusive content, event announcements, new product launches, and other promotional communications from Nooga Mattress.
Consent & Opt-In
By checking the applicable opt-in checkbox(es) and providing your mobile phone number on our website, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Nooga Mattress for the selected message type(s).
Consent to receive text messages is NOT a condition of purchase. You may purchase services from Nooga Mattress without opting in to any text messaging program.
You may opt in to transactional messages, marketing messages, both, or neither.
The marketing consent checkbox must be optional, not required to submit the opt-in form, and unchecked by default so the user can make an explicit choice.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the message types you have opted into. You may receive up to 10 messages per month across both message categories.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Nooga Mattress is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Nooga Mattress.
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out. You will no longer receive text messages from the program(s) you opted out of.
Opting out of promotional messages does not automatically opt you out of transactional messages, and vice versa.

Privacy & Mobile Data Protection
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your phone number and SMS consent information are used solely by Nooga Mattress for the purposes you have explicitly consented to.
Mobile information may be shared with service providers that assist in delivering our messaging services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for any purpose other than delivering messages on our behalf.

Supported Carriers
Our text messaging services are supported by all major U.S. carriers including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and others.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Liability & Disclaimers
Nooga Mattress is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
By subscribing to our SMS services, you acknowledge and agree that Nooga Mattress will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use or failure to receive any text messages, including but not limited to, delays, non-delivery, or technical issues. Your use of our SMS services is at your own risk, and we provide our services on an "as-is" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
